Dripdrop is more than just convenient umbrellas - We're really trying to make a difference here. Every time you rent a Dripdrop umbrella, we plant a tree with the Eden Reforestation Projects. Our goal is to reach 1.000.000 planted trees. We are well on the way! We use recycled plastic to make the umbrellas and we always strive to increase the lifetime of our products.
And we’re just getting started on this journey towards much greener and better rainy days.
Thank you for making a positive impact with us! Andreas & Mattias, co-founders of Dripdrop

Every Umbrella Counts
With a business model that is attempting to disrupt the made-to-break culture, we are on a mission to show care to our planet and the people living on it.
Rainforest Project
We plant seedlings when umbrellas are borrowed. When you offer Dripdrop to your guests, you are automatically part of our Rain Forest initiative. We donate to People+ Planet Reforestation Projects, who, through their work with local communities, restore forrest around the world.
Recycled plastic
The umbrella fabric is made from 100% recycled plastic. The Fabric used in our umbrellas contains equivalent to 5 plastic bottles. Each umbrella contains rPET polyester containing plastic amounting to five 0,5L plastic bottles, saving plastic from landfill.
Sharing umbrellas
Quality is a keyword when creating umbrellas to be used again and again. Dripdrop’s umbrellas are made to last in all kinds of weather and to be used again and again. They are used 27 times before leaving our stand for good. The high quality makes sure it lives on for long afterwards as well.
From possession to accessibility
To own something belongs to our past, our future lies in sharing and making property accessible, not to mention the amount of plastic we could save. About 1 billion umbrellas are produced every year. By putting them all in line we could go around the world more than 18 times.
