Terms and Conditions for Umbrella Rental Service
1. Agreement Overview
By utilising the umbrella rental service provided by Dripdrop ApS, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with the rental.
2. Rental Fees and Periods
2.1 Free Initial Rental Period
At some stands the Initial Rental Period is for free. In this model you will pay EUR 0 (zero), GBP 0 (zero), SEK 0 (zero), DKK 0 (zero), NOK 0 (zero), CHF 0 (zero), PLN 0 (zero) for the right to use the umbrella for this free initial (free) period.
2.2 Initial Rental Period Fees
In most cases you are charged a non-refundable Initial Amount of for example EUR 2, EUR 3, GBP 2, or GBP 3 to initiate the umbrella rental. This fee covers the Initial Rental Period. The Initial Rental Period is normally 24, 48, 72 or 96 hours. The Initial Rental Period can be longer or shorter. See specification of Initial Rental Period on the umbrella stand where the umbrella is rented.Upon payment of the Initial Amount, you are entitled to use the umbrella for this Initial Rental Period.
3. Extension of Rental Period
3.1 Extension Option
Should you wish to extend the umbrella rental beyond the Initial Rental Period, you have the option to do so indefinitely simply by not returning the umbrella within the Initial Rental Period.If you extend the umbrella rental beyond the Initial Rental Period, you will be charged an Additional Cost.
3.2 Additional Cost
The Additional Cost is applied after a number of days depending on the Initial Rental Period Fees and the length of the prolonged Rental Period.The Additional Cost can never exceed a Fixed Amount. That is, you will never be charged more than the Fixed Amount. See the Fixed Amount on the umbrella stand where the umbrella is rented.
4. Payment and Charges
4.1 Payment Method
All payments for the Initial Amount must be made through the accepted payment methods provided by Dripdrop ApS.
4.2 Extension of Rental Period
Costs for extending the Rental Period will be automatically charged from the same payment method used when paying for the Initial Rental Period.
4.3 Currency
Prices are specified on the umbrella stand in either EUR, GBP, SEK, DKK, NOK, CHF, PLN.
4.4 Taxes
All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Return Policy
5.1 Returns
Umbrellas must be returned in the same condition as when rented.
5.2 Late Returns
A return later than the Initial Rental Period will trigger an Additional Cost that are capped at a Fixed Amount as specified on the umbrella stand used.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Non-Refundable
The Initial Amount paid for the umbrella rental is non-refundable, regardless of whether the umbrella is used or not.
6.2 Refunds
If for some reason our umbrella service does not live up to your expectations, we always welcome your refund request at refund@dripdrop.io.
7. Liability and Responsibility
7.1 Care of Umbrella
You are responsible for the proper care of the umbrella during the Rental Period.
7.2 Weather Conditions
Dripdrop ApS is not responsible for any adverse weather conditions that may affect your use of the umbrella.
8. Modification of Terms
Dripdrop ApS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via Dripdrop website or other appropriate means.
