How has Dripdrop improved the rainy-day experience for your guests and operations?

Before using Dripdrop, our process was quite manual, we used to place orders ourselves, and we tracked and charged guests manually whenever possible. This sometimes led to missed charges, especially when guests were in a hurry or the lobby was busy.

The stand itself is clear, so we do not get many questions from guests so that is helpful (very self-explanatory), and your team has been great at resolving any technical issues quickly so everyone here is really happy with it.
